Shodann is a data processor for the Shodann software services In these cases, our customers are data controllers. All accounts are created and managed by privileged customer administrator.

How long we store your data

As data processors we keep customer information and personal data as long as the service agreement with the customer is valid and in force. We keep backup logs stored for a limited time after termination for the sake of our customers convenience.

If a user of an account is deleted, all personal of the user is also deleted.
